Ive just come down with a pretty intense cold. Any ideas how I can speed up my recovery?
I'm eating normally and having 500mg twice a day of slow release vit c.
Any other ideas?

ok cool - im off training today but i still have to go to work tonight.
I havent got lozengers but what do you think of zinc tablets - 15mg?
you could up zinc to may be 40-60 mgs a day for a week but make sure it is balanced with 2 mgs copper so a deficiecny does not occur
