    Muscle Soreness

Ok here's the thing, i havented worked out in about a week cause i'v been celebrating the holiday and was on a drinking binge from the 25 to 27 which meant i was drinking beer, liqour, wine from the time i got up till the time i went to sleep (my family and friends drink like this on special occasion and there was a 4 day party our families house) i felt like yesterday my body just got back to normal from the enormous hangover i had. until 2day when i woke up my whole body felt like i had a workout. Its like i had a workout yesterday. My muscles and the legiments sore. What the hell is this? Is this my body eating muscle tissue?

    Remember he's a Bills Fan...likely committed suicide.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
