    Computer Head Aches

How do you not let them happen? I have no choice but to stare at this damn thing from 9-5. I have tried all the home remedies YET it still happens...

At least once or 2 times an hour. But it just seems to still happen.

Yes it's called an anti-glare screen, but Neil is right - get your eyes checked.

Hows the lighting in your workspace as well? Low lighting or even flourescent bulbs can cause you to strain your eyes while working on computers.

I am now blind from viewing this.

Yea, I'd also go with the advice of the others by getting an anti-glare screen attachment and then having your eyes looked at to be safe.
If you have fluorescent bulbs, they can really screw your eyes up, because they work at a constant strobe effect that will play hell on our eyes over time. Here is a link to an anti-glare screen cover.
