    Eat food that rich in fiber. Eat vegetables and avoid high cholesterol foods.

    In your climate you must consider worms. A high proportion of the World's population have them. We are talking about over a billion people. Insist on the cheap medication to expel them. No harm done if you don't. Let us know what comes out of it.

    If you eat a lot of cheese it is prolly constipation...worse case, bowel obstruction. Either way...go see your Doctor.
