Angry Stomach always feels full

I've been getting stomach pains lately. It's not sharp pains, more like feeling you ate way too much. It happens every time I eat. No matter if it was a small meal or large one. I feel horrible, cant move.

My diet has been crappy but today I had a salad for lunch and it still felt upset. Any of you ever had this problem?

its a long shot, but maybe you just got fat enough to get past your natural BF setpoint. i tend to get like that too, when i don't watch what i eat. i'll get fatter than usual but then my appetite seems to disappear and whenever i eat something i feel stuffed. i don't really know how to remedy it, other than some sort of cycling of calories/carbs or just plain ole dieting down for a bit. anyway, hope you figure it out bro.

Maybe a macrobiotic diet for a while, only eat stuff that is fresh nothing in cans or packages. I know for a fact that diet relaxes the stomach lining.

are you lactose intolerant possibly?

do you eat dairy? (cheese, milk, etc.) if so, try cutting them out for a couple of days.

I can eat dairy with no problems. Except I dont like the taste of Milk. I always eat cheese, yogurt, pizza.

I feel a little better today, but I think I'm gonna see a GI doc.

I had a friend that was having issues and he saw a GI specialist and he had him cut out all dairy, even though my friend was not lactose intolerant either.

It could just be a stomch virus, those things can last up to a week or longer.

lets start down the list: look for trigger, was there a tramatic event that triggered it (relation, marrital, death, over worked, not enough pleasure time) some thing you ate, not eating enough. How are your sleeping patterns?

possible
1. stress will shut down your digestive tract - reduce stress cut back on traning, mental, emotioinal, phyiscal
2. hormonal imbalance - too much or not enough cortisol - are you craving salt
3. hidden food allergies - diary, eggs, gluten
4. bacteria or yeast over gowth - excessive carbs fermentating
5. excessive caffine use - too much coffee over time
6. excessive sugar
7. dehydration - not drinking enough water
8. magnesium could be low

Re examine your lifestyle and eating patterns, sleeping patterns and make changes if neccessary.
is there any white coating on tongue?
are you a female and monthy time?
solution :
try to identify the cause
reduce stress through mediation, epson baths, reading a book, get to bed earlier, stay off computer after 8 pm if possible, getting not enough sunlight vitamin D can trigger stress

One can not just pin point one cause but has to look at the entire picture from mental, physical, spiritual aspects.

Fiber can make things worse..
everything in moderation do not shutgun

I am getting enough sleep. I haven't had any tramatic events. Some of those possibilities you listed are interesting. I'm going to research this more.

Side note, I usually drink coffee in the morning on an empty stomach. I know that has to mess with your stomach over time. I'm switching to tea. Will that be better?

Maybe iced tea, somtimes hot tea can be really harsh on your stomach...especially if it is empty.

might switch to green tea, caffine can irriate lining of small intestine making it inflammed, causing bloating

might suggest 5-10 grams glutemine spaced out 2 times a day this will help to stop body from reaching into your stores (going catabolic) to deal with the unknown phyiscal or mental stress. Main culptrits are celiac and too much sugar and caffine. Could also be signs of over training, take a break for 3-4 days. Add a good digestive enzymes (enyzatic Digest Gold ) 1 each meal. If you have been eating a SAD style diet you may have low stomach enzymes. We are born with so many and after time they get depeleted, every one is different. This is when disease takes over when you run out of enzymes. Digestion takes up 80% of your energy and if enzymes are lacking it steals it from other reactions (thyroid, adrenals, ect.) Cold food is worst thing for digestion. Warm water with fresh squeezed lemon 20 minutes before meal will add in digestion. Trust me more and more people are going to fall victim to this and be stuck on antidepressants when it may just be as simple as a hidden food allergy trigger a response.
