with naps, well i take 2- 1 hour naps and sleep in sessions. i sleep for 5 hours, then wake for a shake, then sleep 3.5 hours, then wake and take 2 60minute naps a day,. trying for the jay cutler idea.

it depends on what i have going on. right now i have a weekend job and during the winter semester i'm only in school 2x/week for 3 hours/day so i get lots of sleep. usually though i'm lucky to get like 8 hours/day with naps.

If I have no work/school/gym I sleep between 8-10 hrs, most of the time I sleep 7-8 hrs. Unfortunately, I don't have time for naps.

14 is too much. You want to be in the 8-10 range. Quality is better than quantity
