    Dizziness

I've been working out for about four or five months and now when I get up I get really dizzy and feel like I'm going to pass out. Could this be a Blood problem like my circulation or something?

What is your diet like? Are you eating enough?

get your eyes checked, check your surgar levels, and don't put your head below oyur knees. If you over do it too in cardio that is also a cause,
There are tons of possible reasons why you are feeling dizzy.

its probably from a blood rush to the head.. This can also happen after sitting at the computer too long and getting up, or after you get out of bed in the morning. Also accompanying the dizziness can be slight loss of vision, in that the world seems to get black only for a few seconds, and then you can function again.

called hypoglycemia, more muscle mass needs more glucose to feed on. This is normal just make sure you are getting adquete carbs and like oak said keep hydrated. It can also be from low blood pressure as well. If it progresses for more then a few days after dietary adjustments then have drs check it out.

That happens to me a couple times a day. It happens after i've been sitting in a chair in a recline position with my feet kicked up on a desk that is about equal with my head. I'll stand up, and then about 2 seconds later that feeling hits where im about to black out, then subsides in about 5 seconds. It's normal, and caused by a quick change in pressure that changes the blood flow to you head. I used to get freaked out about it, but now it's kinda something that i kinda tolerate/mildly enjoy.
