    shoulder joint pain!!

I've always have had bad shoulders which will pop ocassionally. Since i've started back wrestling my shoulders have popped out twice (once each) and the pain is pretty bad right now. i'm taking some time off but i need some good supplements to help heal my joints illegal or legal doesn't really bother me. Any suggestions??

    I'm currently taking glucosamine.

if your shoulders are poping out and sublexing then there is no supplement that is going to correct it. go to an orthopedic surgeon and have him take an MRI of your shoulder. Chances are you may have a torn labrum and some sort of instability.

I dont think a supplement could cure that. You could take something just to alleviate the pain then you go to a doctor.
