    shoulder

    i strained my shoulder muscle and now i need to recover...any ideas to elp recover faster? like padding or icin or somethin?

    Got some examples of rotator cuff exercises. my left shoulder is shot. hurts to lift my elbow past my shoulder. hurt it doing shrugs 2 weeks ago tried benching yesterday and darn near dropped the bar on my chest

    Fish oils, borage oils with help reduce the inflammation. Might want to up glutemine a bit may be double it for a few days then cut back to normal dosage. As Robert said RICE..
