    Back Injury, any insight?

I injured my back today in a VERY unusual way. I was leaning to the side to pick up something and sneezed. Right around the right shoulder blade(towards the middle of my bacK) i felt a shooting pain. It gradually got worse and now i can hardly breath without pain. I also can't bend or twist.

Anyone have any idea of what could have happend, and if i should go get it checked out if the pain doesnt go away. Its pretty bad, dunno if I could get some painkillers for it, cuz currently i have a cold also, and if I cough the pain is horrible(not to sound like a puss)

Yeah, i know you probably thinking "how fuckin bad could this retard hurt himself sneezing" but i did and it KILLS.

You'd be surprised that a sneeze can do. If the pain is that bad, just go see a doctor, especially if it hurts to breathe and/or impairs movement. Others may say to wait and that it's nothing, but why wait in misery when there could be a simple fix? That's just my opinion of course...

I know, you think they'd hook me up with some percocet cause that might help. I know I sound like a scumbag haha, but it's legitamately hurting me to sit here and breath.

sounds like a muscle strain, have had that several times, ice it, rest it, ibuprofen or aleve, if it is REALLY bad you could go get some muscle relaxers, but it should be okay in 2-3 days.

Percocet is a little strong for a minor injury, I would go to the doc and get some Tylenol 3 or 4 maybe and see how that helps, muscle relaxers helped me to sleep but I didn't like taking them during the day.
