    Shoulder Problem

I had a rotator cuff problem and I did rehab for it and it got better and I have been doing it on my own and it was been fine for 2 months and now it's back. Like when I push my shoulder down it hurts or cough it hurts. Only my left shoulder I don't know what to do again I am not quitting Bench Press again for another 6 months because this is bullshit. Any ideas on what I can do?

i actually had an A/C Seperation a few years ago, i moved over to hammer strength equipement for a while, it took alot of pressure off the pain, i mean it wasnt what i wanted to do but, it did allow it to heal.
