How often do you have to urinate?

I am slightly concerned at why I have to take a piss all the time. It nevered really crossed my mind, but the last month or so I seem to go about 10 times a day. I do drink a lot of water, but I have always drank a lot of water. Today I noticed I went at 6:45pm right before I got off work. By the time I got home at 7:30pm I had to go again (and it was a full release if you know what I mean). Then I went an hour later (also a full release). And the thing that really got me concerned is that I went 20 minutes later, almost a full release, but is was solid white. I usually only go that often during a heavy night of drinking. I only had a bottle of water at 6:15pm.

I was just wondering if anyone else really keeps track of such a thing.

I piss more than 10 times a day. I drink anywhere from a gallon to almost 2. Unless you are having trouble holding it, I don't think it's a problem. I'm no doctor but it seems ok to me.

Clarify. What do you mean by "solid white"??

You mean white opaque? As in dissolved solids (mineral and protein matter)?

If you're drinking a lot after each void, and the nerves controlling the bladder region are overstimulated, you can get into a vicious cycle of incomplete voiding (retaining 100-mL or more with each pass), decreasing the capacity and setting you up for frequent voiding.

I would take a look at your stims (can be potent diuretics) and also track your water consumption rate.

If you find yourself voiding more than once or twixe at night (presuming your not tanking up just before hitting the hay), bring it up with your physician the next time you see him/her.

Most of the time it is yellow, but after frequent trips it becomes like water. I guess I won't worry about it if no one thinks it's abnormal. I don't go at all during the night, just once early morning.

Unless you're mainlining vitamins, your urine should be very light colored to almost clear - if you're getting enough hydration.

Its not white, its clear and colorless. Cool. I don't think you have much to worry about. The volume voided after a workout is a function of cortisol and good hydration.

I go maybe 6 times a day. I take Vitamins and if i pee within 30 minutes after, it makes my pee bright yellow and smell wierd.
Let me describe the perfect date: I take her out to a nice dinner. She looks amazing. Some guy tries to hit on her... now he wants to fight - so I grab him - I throw him into the jukebox! Then the other ninja’s got a knife, he comes at me, we grapple, I turn his knife on him. Blood on the dance floor. She’s scared now. I take her home. I’m holding her in my arms. I reach in for a kiss... I hear something in the leaves, I flip her around, she gets a poison arrow right in her back. She was in on it the whole time... but I knew...
