    mono

    hey i was wondering my doctor said i have mono and i still want to lift does anyone know if this is such a good idea? My doctor said no but i figured someone here has had it before. Thanks

    It depends on how bad you feel. Ideally I would say just rest until it dies down. That could take a while though. It effects some people more than others. I would suggest to not train. If you had to then I would say nothing too intense. You want your body to fight the sickness, by working out it could get worse.
