WHAT is causing these red dots?? on arms

Ok, im wondering if some supps are causing these dots...

One day, i see that i have a couple red dots over my forearms/upperarms. At the time, i belived it was the sweat and wearing a sweater after workout and somehow that caused the red dots. But even though i stopped thee whole sweater thing, I still see the red dots. the ONLY 2 things i can think of causing them is supps and my gym bag. I think it is dirty as hell (as it hasnt been washed since i bought it) and i usually hold it in my arms in the car/gym.

Well, question is does anyone experience these red dots?

Maybe a little dermatitis associated with your workout.

Wash your damn bag dude, it's probably an irritation from the funk on your bag.

It could be a rash from the strap of your bag. You said it was going away in a day or else my guess was going to be from your supplements depending on what your taking.

I tend to get slight blood spots the day after I have had alcoholic beverages. They disappear over the next 48 hours, but its real strange. Not positive that its the alcohol but I assume it is.

Small bumps that give your upper arms a rough texture? It's called keratosis pilaris. I have a little of it too on the upper arms. Common to people of many different ethnic backgrounds.

Lactic acid, glycolic acid, and tanning helps them go away. But they come back if you don't keep up the treatments.

I can see it being a problem on the back of the upper arms, a function of subQ fat and its effect on dermis cell turnover.

I can't see that happening on the forearms, at least not the skin on the top. On the bottom yeah.

Dontsurf, are these dots on the underside or topside of your forearms?

You guys are fucking nasty, wash your shit. Whether or not this is a consequence of your nasty-ass bag, you are just begging to catch something walking around with a funky bag.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

If these dot are on the underside of your forearms and upper arms, its as Subliminal described, pilaris.

Treat it as he described; you can find these creams at WalMart and other larger merchandizers.

Otherwise, wash the gymbag regularly, it a contact dermatitis (maybe).
