    Puberty GYNO pissing me off.

Around the age of 13 i noticed that i looked horrid in a shirt, sure i was a little chubby, but that wasnt the problem, it was my fucking nipples. I was so self conscious of it, didnt know what it was, and always wore a sweater and stuff. At the age of 15 i began working out hoping that i could "bench" my gyno away. I also tried to lose body fat, which i have, but still to no prevail. At age 16 i forgot about trying to get rid of them and figured i had to accept them, and at the time i dedicated myself to getting stronger and more fit. But every so often, i cant help but become frustrated, i've put in over a year, almost 2 years of solid training, greatly reduced my BF, but still, they are still there. I feel like giving up, starving myself just to rid them. I asked around and people say that even after puberty the gyno might not go away.

The point of this rant is, Fuck Gyno it can burn in hell for all i care.

Umm...you arent really making any point here. Giving up is for cowards and bitches. If you want to be a bitch, then you already got the tits for it. I have the same problem, but it will disappear sooner or later. In 90% of the cases, it disappears by itself, or is greatly reduced. Dont give up hope

What's your age? Has it diminished? You seen a doc about it, if it bothers you so?

Pretty common problem, you're not alone by any means.

I had childhood gyno from being an obese child and adolescent. As an adult I've taken measures to lose weight and this has helped quite a bit. I'm currently between 9-10%BF and the gyno is greatly reduced but it's still there and I know there's nothing that will cure this outside of surgery.

Pray less and do more....it will go down by itself 90% of the time and 90% says that is will completely disappear...dont worry about it I have the same thing..im sitting in class right now in a black shirt and they look terrible, but I dont care..I know I can still kick anyones ass...when people ask whats wrong I just tell them I made a mistake taking steroids before and they stop.

Actually I have a mild case of that to. Nothing to big though. I was at 6% bf and my nipples were still a little puffy. But yes the leaner you get the more they start to dissapear! So keep working hard, and dont give up yet! Also dont starve yourself that doesnt do you any good. Just eat the foods that you know will make you get good quality gains and help you lean up. And if all else fails..... theres always surgery.

    For Large Pkg: Aromastat

The rest of you can look at it, but I can't advise you use it, because the interplay of both estrogen and testosterone is very necessary during development, through age 20-22.

There is something you can try: supplementing with inositol and glucuronolactone, both of which aide in the removal of estrogens from the body.

This is a mechanism the liver uses for control of estrogens - after they are produced. The natural compound medley in Aromastat addressed aromatase conversion enzyme that produces excess estrogen in certain tissues.

The combination might be useful for severe gyno, in mature adults.

The best course of action for young men is to wait patiently, as the great majority of these cases spontaneously resolve themselves without chemical intervention. The problem in using an approach like aromastat is that you don't know when you might be inadvertantly acting at the gene level by what we call permiscuous binding of ligands to gene receptors. Thats the reason that I can't recommend its use. I post this link purely as a service for adults whose symptoms have failed to regresss and fade over time.

With the statistical chance of it self-resolving (>90%), patience is your best bet.

In the meantime, know that being in good shape, with a lean, well-muscled body will be a huge asset in your future's health status, as you age. Far better than any investment in the stockmarket, in saving for college...is investing in your future health, so that you do not rely on what may well be a broken health care system in the future.

Learn to effectively manage stress now, and you will be most likely (>80%) free from its devastating influence in later years.

The gyno is a legacy of the influence of excess fat, primarily belly fat, VAT (termed visceral adipose tissue), and its enrichment in estrogen-like hormones, that occurs as a result of early life stress, lack of adequate exercise and unhealthy diet, and also natural changes in body composition as we mature into adulthood.

Since VAT is maintained by both stress hormone and through impaired glucose metabolism, the best you can do is to continue with a sensible well-rounded diet, use cardio for stress control and to promote insulin sensitivity, and most importantly, to make darned sure that you get your zzz's every night, on schedule, 10-6. Reason being, sleep regulates cortisol and insulin.

I am also a young kid. Im 14 and i noticed a hard circle thing beneath my nipples. I used to be a little heavier, but i had lost it all. I am as skinny as a rail, but the only thing stopping me from a good body, is the nipples. They stick out and are puffy. They have been there for at least 3 years, and they seem to not being getting smaller. How much longer do I have to wait, or will they never go away?

You PMed me and I've replied to it in detail. You mention being heavier; the hormones produced by fat cells have estrogen receptor like activity and these have activated milk duct gland cells in your breast tissue that are the chemical culprits behind your gynecomastia.

I've described to you the rationale for using fiber to help you control fat cell activity tied to slight insulin excess. You have what we call puberty swings in hormones, and thats quite normal. The complication is that a little excess fat cell hormone has stimulated these cells in addition to the rapidly changing sex hormone steroids that you're cranking out during adolescence.

Bad news is, these swings will occur for several more years; the best you can do is to use a sensible diet to keep your glucose tolerance in check, to use regular cardio and sound diet along with your lifting to keep insulin and glucose levels normal, and get your sleep quote in each night, no staying up late and screwing around on the computer or watching lTV late - its just plain old bad for your hormone control. Get plenty of fresh air and exercise and try to find a little relaxation from the stress of school and home life. You are changing in your relationship with your parents, and your friends, as you begin to mature, a stress change in your life, one of several such periods you'll go through.

So, patience and a good clean lifestyle should see your through these developmental changes and keep you from having stress related disease later in on life.

    Hope this helps.
