It could be any number of things... How active are you during the day? If you don't really do anything, then you're probably going to be tired for no good reason... Do you have allergies? That can be a factor as well, and yes, your diet could have an effect on you energy levels for sure.

Hakim, do you take any type of multi-vitamin? Are you overweight? Drink alcohol? Do drugs? How bad is your diet?

Well, I don't know much about anabolics, other than I won't use them as supplements. Just a personal choice.

I did however, check out SDI's site and noticed the following statement:

WARNING - The products sold by our company may help induce extreme muscle growth and fat loss during weight training cycles. Due to their profound effects and potencies it is recomended to seek the guidance of a physician prior to use.

Is that what you did? Checked with your physician? You should post this up in the Anabolic Zone. That's where you'd find the knowledge base concerning the use of Anabolics.

The steroid analog you messed with, it messed with your bile acid regulation.

It, in turn, has messed with your glucose regulation.

You got a problem with glucose tolerance and thats related to your diet.

Go take your issues with diet to the nutrition/diet section. You're gonna need to use a very low carb diet with slow release grains in moderation, no pasta, no rice for the time being. Oats in very small doses, only post WO.

Your problem is you are pushing yourself into deep hypoglycemia territory everytime you eat them faster release carbs; you are getting no glucose into your cells and your fatty acid metabolism is also impaired.

You're running low on cellular fuel. Get yourself some magnesium acetate and magnesium citrate to help get your TCA cycle going again. Meanwhile, you need agents to help improve insulin sensitivity. That would KRALA, gotta be careful using it too. Easy does it, no overdosing.

Use inositol to help fix your liver.
