I do know of 1 simple way but there may be better ways to do it, perhaps tests done by a doctor etc. But the way I know is simple eat some simple carbs and afterwards see how your body reacts. Some people can feel full of energy whilst others become sleepy (I myself do that!) If you become tired I believe you are slighty insulin resistant. Hope that helps my friend...

... Guess we just got to stick at it, train hard and eat smart...
