Find and wear athletic shoes. If you are in a work situation, you should know that there are several athletic shoe manufacturers who make dress shoes that function like athletic shoes (full support, breathable and highly flexible shoe designs). If you cannot wear walking shoes on the job, this is an excellent alternative. Rockport is one of several name brands who have developed this niche market.

You must find time to sit down and also move about actively for periods of each hour on the job. Find excuses to walk up and down stairs, to walk about the building, and to sit. Is this difference in movement that enhances circulation and helps thwart excessive pressure buildiup from pooled body fluids in the lower extremities due to lack of varation. Folks who sit at their desk have similar problems, just not as bad as those who must stand at their job all day.

Try those supps, and I would consider finding and using support inserts with your athletic footwear, to provide additional support and potentially correct orthotic problems. SuperFeet is one manufacturer I can recommend for gel inserts that help with this problem.

MYK, there was no ass kissing. BC asked me to recognize the lighthearted general forum ambiance; I replied to his reasonable request.

    I was being ironicle!

I bought some shoe inserts from walmart when I had sore feet! they worked wonders! I forget the brand though!
