    Calf cramps??

Whats the deal with calf cramps. I drink plenty of water, eat right, multi vit-aminos-fish oils, bananas. And once in a while early in the morning my calf will cramp like crazy both of them to be exact. And now i am walking around like i have been kicked in the legs.????

I used to get very painful calf cramps, they often would wake me up in the middle of the night. I started using a foam roller and haven't had any since.

I get them rarely, but sometimes we all have the tendancy to stretch weird, and the cramp springs up. I don't think there is any worse pain than to wake up in the middle of the night with a charlie horse.

I used to/still do get calf cramps occassionally... I used to get them more often, but I don't as much anymore... It would always be at night, or when I was waking up that I'd have problems with it. I've heard a symptom of creatine usage is possible muscle cramps, and I am taking less creatine now than I was when I got cramps more often. I have also heard upping potassium helps.

Yeah everytime i take creatine i get killer calf cramps.stopping creatine all together. Not worth it.Its all about performance and thats like a wrench in your spokes. I drank 1 gallon of water every day, ate bananas, multi vit etc..and i still get em.
