Please consider purchase of one or more salivary tests for the following:

    Testosterone
    Thyroxine (T4, T3)

Also, need to know if possible, liver lipids profile for cholesterol, HDL and LDL, most recent.

Please purchase in bulk and cap or buy capped:

    Rhodiola rosea
    Bacopa moneri
    selenium methionate
    NAC
    sam-e
    P5P (bioactive B6)
    methyl cobalamin (bioactive B12)
    B5
    zinc chelate
    biotin
    molybendum chelate
    theanine
    GABA

These items should help support your natural thyroid function at four separate levels, and this will feed forward to both AP and leydig cells. As Pirate said, you need an LH test to rule out primary hypogondal issues with anterior pituitary. If tests indicate that LH is functional, we will active testes as the final step, but chances are this is not necessary.

If thyroxine is very low, purchase also: Premier Lab Raw Thyroid Extract

This needs to paired with the following:

regular sleep, 10pm-6am, not deviations allowed.

diet that is low in saturated fats, slow release carbs, and a mixture of whey and whole proteins plus no less than 6 servings of vegetables and 30-40 grams of fiber, preferbly vegetable first, then whole grain (NOT Wheat, rice, barley, oat brans only). No fast or moderate release carbs, as insulin is often the single most common inhibitor of thyroxine production.

stress modulation: mediatation, deep relaxation, quiet time, very little TV or internet playing, reduce cell phone use to minimum, find ways to reduce daily sources of stress and negative influences in life, change you attitude to positive, can do. Prayer or meditation time each is mandatory.

regular daily cardio = walking, 30 x 2 or one hour, every single day (with music, but not too driving or active) - belly breathing is required, no thinking about problems.

Follow this for 3 months, retest. Come back and report results.

What does all that have to do--internet playing? Cell phone use?

My money says she is referring to sensory overload.....all that unnecassary sensory input fogs your CNS, hence interfering with things like recovery, clarity, thought processing, and bowel function.

    Okay Trouble....slam me.

    Nope, you're correct, DaMayor.

Remove many of the small, but cumulative influences that spell chronic stress in modern lifestyles, and you find tissue recovery and blood glucose control spontaneously improves, and with it, insulin regulation, a key factor for normal and healthy adrenal and thyroid function.

EMF's is extra stress your body does not need.. EMF's changes your brain waves to from alpha to beta waves which can cause over stimulation to CNS. TRouble can go into it in more detail. I found a study of a small town in france where people where having strange symptoms of unexplained anemia all the test where coming out normal and here a radio tower was located to close to there houses causing disruptions in there blood. Naturopath I went to long time ago explained it as your body energy spins in a clock wise motion and what EMF does is it reverses the polarity so to speak and spins in opposite direction. Research EMF's sensitivity. There has big big debates of cooking in microwaves even. I cook my food and reheat it on the stove as a precaution since microwaves are known to change chemical structure of foods. If this is true or not I do not know, but at this stage I am not taking any chances

    *rolling eyes*

A little simple physics tells us that if we have an applied magnetic field, we have a perpendicular applied electric field as well.

The earth is a liquid metal core; it spins, and it has a magnetic field. You exist in a magnetic field that is much LARGER than the EMF pollution from these towers. This was some of fuckchop hype and con I used to battle when working for a public utility recently.

If you want to read about relative risks, read about the solar magenetic flares and storm cycles mentioned at this Muscovite web site.

Go work on your aura, HAN.

I would have at least one more test before drawing any conclusions.

Yeah mine needed a complete over haul LOL Over past few years I was running it into the ground and many things broke...just do not make them like they used to

TRouble this is the lady I paid 600 bucks for RBC lipid test and 300 bucks to tell me what i already knew and you explained in even more detail then she did at the consultation and following her recommended diet of high fat and low carbs just made me worse..oh well live and learn. I swear in peoples articles they sound willing to help, but when you go there its like "they wrote that" Over past 2 years I must have dumped 10-15 grand into tests which I had to thourghly research to have a idea of what was going on. If I know you existed I would have gladly hired your services thats for sure 2 years ago.

When my problems started i was virtually sexdrive free. No sexdrive and of course symptoms of some erectile dysfunction. Try to have healthy sex life with your girl when you're like 60% useless :P Even my nipples got somehow weird (could feel something hard and round under my nipples.. prolactin problems?? hmm).
Not one single idiotic doctor checked my hormone levels back then. Thank god i'm finaly back to my old self with a much better hormone balance
