    Torn Rotator Cuff

I'll say this very briefly, last august i tore my rotator cuff apart. had surgery on may 19th 2006 47 days in a sling and now im almost 4 weeks into physio. has anyone had this injury that can share experiences as to how long it took them to fully recover to the point where they could lift again.

what are you doing now in PT? Working on regaining ROM and building strength back. after about 6 weeks they should be ready to let you go from PT and you will be on your own to work on getting strength back.
