Find the previous threads I have replied to on gyno here. I list a herbal therapy that works very well. More sensible option than surgery => make surgery your very last option possible.

I personally don't like the idea of surgery. My family has bad luck with many general anesthetics; we have a tendency to wake up during cutting and pasting, very painful and stressful. When it happens, it has a tendency to make a lasting impression on you (you thence avoid surgery, for obvious reasons).

Try the natural suppression and apoptopsis of abnormal cells first. If that doesn't work, we will try a little something different (privately), again, without to surgery. Only then, if neither of these two options work, should you consider the more drastic option.

    OK?

ok heres what i've got from searching for ur posts soo far:

The rest of you can look at it, but I can't advise you use it, because the interplay of both estrogen and testosterone is very necessary during development, through age 20-22.

There is something you can try: supplementing with inositol and glucuronolactone, both of which aide in the removal of estrogens from the body.

This is a mechanism the liver uses for control of estrogens - after they are produced. The natural compound medley in Aromastat addressed aromatase conversion enzyme that produces excess estrogen in certain tissues.

The combination might be useful for severe gyno, in mature adults.

The best course of action for young men is to wait patiently, as the great majority of these cases spontaneously resolve themselves without chemical intervention. The problem in using an approach like aromastat is that you don't know when you might be inadvertantly acting at the gene level by what we call permiscuous binding of ligands to gene receptors. Thats the reason that I can't recommend its use. I post this link purely as a service for adults whose symptoms have failed to regresss and fade over time
ok i searched for "glucuronolactone" and it says no-xplode has it in it. i'm on my 4th bottle of no-xplode lol. but i will try an order some "inositol". Maybe you can tell me whichproduct is the best on this page- http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/inos.html . also does masturbation increse estrogen? like excessive masturbation lmao. i was also reading about chrysin . but hey i hope you reply back lol. thanks for all the info

    Thank-you for the hint, Fufu.

Kenwood, you;'re body is under the influence of developmental hormones. You can help suppress the natural conversion of testosterone to estrogen by daily consumption of grapefruit. You can influence the natural control of estrogen excess by use of glucuronic acid or glucuronolactone (available inexpensively from bulknutrition.com. Use 1/4 teaspoon inositol (Now Foods Bulk Inositol) and 1/8th teaspoon glucuronic acid or the lactone, twice per day with water, before meals.

Good information website (posted by Pirate, over in the Anabolics Section):

Right, I had it when I was 12-13 and most of it went away by 18, that is 6 years. I still do have some, still going away, it doesn't bother me anymore though.

Are there any foods that increase the natural conversion of test to estrogen?

Sure, there probably are quite a few, but there are scents that do for sure: lavender and other scents that cause relaxation (turn down adrenergic response and cAMP production) - they promote rest and relaxation, rather than an alert state.

Grapefruit oil (limonene) is the bioactive lipid we're interested in for its aromatase inhibition.

A wee sprinkle of Stevia will help the ease the tart favor of grapefruit. Sometimes the Texas Reds are quite tart, and have a thick rind.

Find and buy the gradefruit essential oil, use it like a smelling salt. Works almost as well as eating the grapefruit itself.
