So your diet is just meat and rice or potatoes? And you sometimes eat hourly because you are hungry again, but as soon as you eat, you start to feel bloated and your stomach hurts.

Iain has pinpointed the main problem. Your food spends too little time in the upper part of the digestive tract. Meats are poorly digested in the lower part...but there, the anaerboic bacteria are getting more than their share of food. The carb energy that should be released in the upper part of your gut has nothing to slow it down...it is moved very quickly through your intestines.

No fiber. Plus, very little variety. Nothing to help slow the rate of food movement. Thats what fats and fiber do.

Out of curioisity, what is are your sleep habits. Time going to bed, time you awaken and get up. Do you eat first thing in the morning, or wait?

Also, what are you drinking? Coffee, tea, sodas, water? What?

Also curious to know, do you do any cardio? If so, when? Do you eat before, or do you do your cardio fasted?
