    Yes, it can be improved, but diet, those 1-2x daily belly-breathing outdoor walks that you're not keen on doing (I could have told you that it would tie back to metabolic and neural performance) are the primary factors. The inclusion of plenty of fresh vegetables in diet and use of healthy fats is also important. Use of supplements that support brain health (omega-3 fats, inositol and taurine) are very good. So is use of gingko biloba.

    I do everything you listed there...except the walks. My memory's still crap. Too much mary-jane during teen years.



    I want to sign up for college, but I don't think it's gonna work out with my memory.
