Tendonitis?
Hey I was having some major soreness/strain in my elbows and I figured it was either tennis elbow or tendonitis. It eventually went away when I narrowed it down to deadlifts as the cause.
Months later It still acts up just not as major, like for instance I just went to the batting cage and I felt the same thing and I only hit like 30 balls. Or whenever I throw a lot too, is this fixable or just a "deal with it" thing for the rest of my life? Thanks in advance |

I have the same deal brother. I've been fighting it for 6+ months now. The things that aggravate it the most are any bicep work and any throwing motion. Now this sucks because I play s-ball 4 nights a week and I depend on my arm. So I decided to take time off from training and it's gotten much better. I'm heading back to the gym very soon and we'll see how it goes from there. As P said, ice after any work and as much rest for it as you can. "Outside of that, you're up shits creek." Seriously, this is a direct quote from my doctor. ![]() |
