    concussion?

    i recently had an accident friday ngiht around 330 i had fallen down a steep staircase kinda blacked out i mean i had been drinkin also besides that i wanted to no if this could result in a concusssion and mayb some one could help me with the syptoms i have never had one but ive been havin headaches not really bad ones jus kind cosistent and thats about the only thing ive had along with a bump on the head the doc told me if it was serious ud see signs few hours aft since its 2 days he didnt think any thing serious but he wasent positve any help much appreciated and if workin out should be stoped or i could keep at it moderatley

    maybe you should just go and get it checked out.

    Make sure you are not dehydrated, and also make sure to get enough sleep. Then see how you feel.

    Holy moly, you asking US to stand in place of medical advice on a head injury issue?? Are you serious? Contact your doctor if you have questions about working out, especially if these headaches continue or if other symptoms arise (see link below). This is serious shit - its well beyond the capacity of this forum to address possible neurological damage from your fall.

    yea, I agree. You really need to get that checked out. The fact that there is no punctuation in your post really makes me worry.
