    General heath supps

Ok, so a while back I got this stupid idea that I was going to run a PH cycle. I had everything ready to go, then on the day that I was going to pop the first few pills, I thankfully backed out.

In the time leading up to the cycle I was taking Anabolic Innovations Cycle support along with the regular Multi-Vitamin and Fish oil.

I started tracking my BP three weeks out at the same time I was doing the "pre-load" deal and noticed that after about a week or so, my BP and overall feeling of well being had improved tremendously.

My BP had dropped from low 130s over low 70s to at one point 112/61 in a matter of three weeks with no change in diet or activity level. Unfortionately, a few months have passed since taking it and my BP is back to normal. Then again, I am about 15lbs heavier now.

Anyways, I was wondering given the convenience of AIs cylce support, would there be any problems with taking a product like this year round or every other month? Would there be any type of backlash after coming off?

Stupid questions I'm sure. No the less, I'd still like to know.

    Thanks!

Did you take fish oil and the multivitamin before you considered using the AAS products?

I'm not familiar with the Anabolic Innovations Cycle product. Whats in it?

Find that out, and I'll answer your question. Its not a dumb one at all.

It seems as though your BP has normalized by use of these supps, despite the weight gain.

How long did it take you gain 15 lbs - all lean mass?? Did you use anything beyond a change in diet and maybe training to help..or is this also partially attributable to these supplements?

Yeah, religiously for at least the past two years.

It's just a combination of all the typical support supps that users would normally run during a cycle.

Recommended dosage is 1 serving AM and 1 serving PM
    Two servings provide the following:

    Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg
    NAC 1200 mg
    Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
    Saw Palmetto 300 mg
    Policosonol 20 mg
    Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
    Nettle Root 250 mg
    Idebenone 100 mg

The fifteen pounds came over a period of about twelve weeks and was fairly clean. BF percentage has remained @ 10-12 percent. During this time I was not using the Cycle Support, just normal heavy training, protein powders, creatine, fish oil, multi vitamins and a good diet.

I wanted to order another batch to use alongside my "bulk"(I hate using that term) but I had already been taking it for a month and wasnt sure if I should be taking those doses over extened periods of time.

Does this product look like something a person could take year round? Would it be worth it i.e. cost/benefit?

It just seems that with all the money individulas spend on garbage supps out there, why wouldnt more people be supplementing with products like this? I mean, anything that would improve overall heath with no drawbacks seems worth the price to me. No?

    Thanks.
