I would stop completly.
just today my right achilles began to hurt whever i put any weight on it... i warmed up slowly and thought it was just a matter of warming up but the pain hasn't gone away all day. I usually jumprope in the morning for cardio, but would this only worsen the pain? Is there any kind of cardio that I could do or should I stop completely?
I would stop completly.

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
Stop completely. Achillles tendonitis can be super easy to correct if caught early. Almost nothing beats complete rest. If you can determine what caused the problem, consider making modifications so it doesn't happen again.
Trust me, you don't want to have chronic achilles problems.
