Exercise for this kind of fat?

    Hi,

I've been hitting the gym for quite a while now, got good arms and modest chest (i used to be fat and tired of being it so now i exercise) but got some problem areas.

I can feel my abs but my belly fat seems to cover it. and also is there an exercise to that burns fat right at the base of the penis? Serious answers only.

    Thanks guys.

Ah the treaded "dickie doo" or "Homer Simpson syndrome" . You look down and you can not see the little fellow or your toes. That has got to annoy hell out of you. Well fat is lost all over and it deprends upon your genetics in order to find out how much and where. if you holding fat in your stomach and things leaning out in other areas then you may want to look at possible elevated estrogen levels due to your excess of fat accumulation. What is your eating habits like, how are you sleeping, when you goto bed, how much sun light you getting, have you been under emotional or phyiscal stress for a long time, How often you work out and how much cardio. Once one adjusts lifestyle behaviior with reducing stress levels then that hard fat will be easier to come off and your hormones will begin to balance out a lot better, When was last time you had blood work done hormones checked (thyroid, testosteorne, ect) now might be a good time to check a complete check up just to be sure..

it's not that i can't see them. my problem seems to be that i can easily gain muscle but the fat remains. yes i can see my dick and got no problem with that. it's just that there's fat on the base of my dick, not on the shaft itself. seems like i got a small hill with a dick on top. i'd like to dig/ecavate the hill thus making the dick look even bigger.

ps. this is not a dick thread

That will be one of the last places to lose fat (midsection)

Your key will be your diet. What does it look like right now.

AS emphasied before diet and lifestlyle modification will be your best place to start. You sure its fat and not some kind of abnormal growth such as a cyst or possible ingrown hair. I have never heard of fat being deposit there before. What you may try is some thiomicase creme that was used years ago to help reduce spot areas of fat. If it works or not now that is a differnet story. But i am sure its depressing because it give optical illusion of having smaller unit. i know some time when I go on bulk diet and legs get real big. I have to hit tape measure just to be sure its all still there or not just for my own peace of mind. All kidding aside focus on diet and stress managgement and if still does not go away you may want to goto dr and find out if there is some kind abnormal fat growth in that area just to be safe
