    The Myth

    thought there r many ways of doing it, what is the fastest system for burning fat? ex: biking, running, eating this, eating that...?
    Height: 5' 8" Weight: 185 lbs
    Bench: 210 lbs Squat: 235 lbs Clean: 175 lbs
