Hey guys.
Just got a quick question.
I am looking at starting yoga to increase my flexibility and to losen my joints and overall feel better to go hand in hand with my bodybuilding.

Now i have been having a look on the internet and there are so many dvd's and so many styles of yoga that it gets pretty confusing.

So i am wondering if you guys here could post me in the right direction in what style of yoga is great for flexibility etc and what dvd's are good aswell.
