P@B shakes...psyllium and bentonite shakes clear out the system and kill candida. I can get psyllium husks at Vitamin Shoppe but have been unable to find liquid bentonite anywhere except the Internet.

Bentonite clay is used for Heavy Metal detoxification. You can also use high doses of chlorella (5G) for detox of heavy metal and candida. Both are pretty harmless to your system. Chlorella will help with GI too.

Make sure you take it 2 hours before or after taking supplements/food because it will yank shit right out of you. It flushes everything out !! also to make sure you are shitting other wise you start dumping toxins then you are going to cause backing up in the liver. YOu can also do a bentonite clay bath too and have toxins pulled from your skin rather then your urine or shit, Just make sure your lympahtic system is able to handle the drainage other wise you will end up with the worst brain fog as well as asshole being clogged and that is last thing you want now..
