    Itchy and Always Fell Hot!

    after my showers and during my workout i feel itchy(mainly on my legs after shower) but everywhere during my workout. plus i always feel hott as hell. its 26 degrees outside and i have 2 windows open and 2 fans on high and it feels great. why do i feel itchy and hott 24/7?

    I've been training bout 4 years. i guess lately i have been hittin it pretty hard.

    alright. it could be that the nerves go crazy and u have to wait for themt cam down. also it coulld just be dry skin.

    Your skin is cool and then when you take a hot shower it shocks your skin making it itchy and hot. Then as a result of extreme temperatures, you have dried out your skin and could very well have developed ezcema. I suggest you start using a really good moisturizer 2x per day.

    well it doesnt bother be all the time(about the itching) just when i feel exhausted and hott(after lifting) and legs after shower...
