Unloading question (part deux)

When you have to unload and stay out of the gym for a while to recuperate, what do you do?

Eat, dynamic stretching, static stretching. I do that while training as well.

I still run and things like that. And to also help out fufu's post, I like to foam roll all the time. It feels very good, imo. To bad I have to use a rolling pin!
