Man, if my nipples were discharging I'd be in the doc the same day. That aint normal.
hope this is how to do a new post...my first "forum." Has anyone got info on a waxy or cheesy-like discharge from male nipples? It reminds me of a thick "zit" consistency. Both nipples. know this is strange, but it's worrisome, too. Any help?

Are you on any anabolics?
Also, what the previous poster said, see a doctor right away.
“I used to do drugs. I still do drugs. But I used to, too.”

I am NOT on AS...WHAT is NATURAL GYNO? Also, the discharge is ONLY when the nipples are squeezed. Looked as if I had a whitehead on one, so nonchalantly sqeezed it out and more than I would have expected discharged. Decided to check the other nipple, and twice as much! Any more thoughts?.

Are you really 48 years old?
Gyno, short for Gynecomastia, is basically when a male starts to develop female breast tissue and either happens at or during puberty, or from the use of anabolic steroids. The cause of Gyno is high estrogen levels and the common "fix" is Nolva, but if you are not using AAS I would recommend seeing a doctor.
yes, I really am 48 yrs old.
No "Gyno" that I can tell...no "breast-like" tissue.
guess the consensus is the "doc"...unless someone else has heard of or experienced this.
I'll check back
but I guess I'll find a Doctor, too...cheers.

I don't know how you could have discharge without breast tissue.![]()

Do your nipples get chafed from say...long distance running? Maybe they underwent abrasion and become infected.
Are you serious?
Not sure what it tastes like...u wanna check it?
No, no long distance running chaffe...though my first impression was infection. It was almost exactly like a zit...I'd just never heard of a nipple getting infected in this way,,,just thought someone else may have experienced this.
Men can get breast cancer as well contrary to popular belief. Any discharge at all isnt normal so I'd pay the doctor a visit.
Check prolactin levels look up hyperprolactemia could also be elevated estrogen levels or progesterone levels
PS you getting start looking around for a breast pump HAHAHA

either way your answer is go see a doc and get some blood tests.
You are likely lactating due to excess prolactin as noted already. Hormone panel needs to be done.
