    Forearm Injury

I am having trouble with my right forearm, serious pain just below the elbow on the outside of the arm. Not sure when I injured it, never felt it happen. Their is no pain when I push weight but trying to do cable or curls is just murder any advice on how to get this to heal and how long?

Sounds to me like it may be tendinitis. If it is, they make straps you can wear around your upper forearm to help reduce the stress on the elbow and hopefully it goes away quickly so you can get back to lifting your regular amounts.
