Firstly sorry i know ive asked this question before but i thought it would be better in this forum. OK, ive got a problem with my achilles it never hurts when running but is always worst in the morning its not really painful but tight and more of a niggling pain.I always stretch and warm up before any run and have noticed this problem since my last 10k race, the thing is i was worried about how stiff my ankles were when running so the last race i let my ankles have more movement and a couple of days later the problem started.. any ideas...cheers Paul.
