    What Weight Should I Be????

    Im 19 about 5'10 I was just wondering what a good weight to be at is?

    That's hard to say over the Internet. There are more factors to the answer than just your height and weight. Such as your body type. That's why crap like the BMI doesn't work.

    Besides, if your goal is to gain a crazy amount of muscle, then there really isn't a particular weight that you need to be.

    You might want to rephrase this question and post it in the General Heath & Awareness forum. You'll probably need to post pictures in your gallery, though.
