I have pain around that area it depends how I move and bend. I put dots and asked dad to circle them and he ended up having some fun as you can tell...
Also when I walk it just feels like my shins are fatigued what could it be? I am taking this week off lifting to let my body heal a bit.. Maybe it is from overuse and they are just inflammed from the bill starr's 5x5

it could be I have only noticed a slight difference but thats when I get up I usually pull on my calves..
