    Back Pain / Shins

I have pain around that area it depends how I move and bend. I put dots and asked dad to circle them and he ended up having some fun as you can tell...

Also when I walk it just feels like my shins are fatigued what could it be? I am taking this week off lifting to let my body heal a bit.. Maybe it is from overuse and they are just inflammed from the bill starr's 5x5

it is possible that you are changing your gait (walking pattern) because of your shins being fatigued (that would be called a kinetic chain dysfunction). It is also possible that all of this is due to your training program.
