Post rehab you'll be able to lift but certain movements may be out of the question, while others may need to be limited in intensity/volume/frequency. Check with your surgeon/MD to get an idea of when you can begin certain activities. Now is a good time to learn anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and know how to improve your shoulder joint integrity/flexibility to hopefully not have to go through this process again.

I have a problem with my shoulder joint(rotators caff). My joint is dislocated many times (more than 70) . But every time I just rotate the left hand and it was again placed properly. But my physician said that after a year it would be dangerous for me and not allocated properly. Operation is the only way to prevent it .
But I have no idea about shoulder surgery. May I use it normaly after surgery as I now ????????
I think diazepam may help us !!!
