Do you realized that it's been studied to show that alcoholism is easier to overcome than smoking?

I commend her for her success but 1 person success on will power alone, doesn't negate the facts.

EVERYTHING we do can be considered a form of addiction. Some addictions are harder to break than others. Chemical dependencys are the hardest addictions to break. Smoking is a chemical dependency. HOWEVER you can overcome a chemical addiction. For example heroin is a much more addictive drug than nicotine and there isnt any otc drugs to help you out with that addiction. While quiting smoking may produce some side affects the affects of heroin could actually kill you.
