    Unhappy My skin SUCKS

My skin is horrible, I am getting black spots on my neck, I have dandruff, i Have eczema all over my arms, and back, Stretch Marks all over... If theres any dust around at all or even from the spring weather, I get itch and rashes all over, I sneeze non-stop, and throat gets itchy, I constantly have chapped lips, acne on arms, legs, back, but not much on my face... on and on.. What should I do? Could it be a nutrition thing?

I've found that the supplements i take affect my skin. Drink boat loads of water and green tea and consume essential fatty acids/oils.
As far as product goes, aloe vera really tightens up the skin, i found vichy is the best product as far as face goes, nivea has a mens line. cocoa butter does wonders as well.
You know, the Nazis had pieces of flair that they made the Jews wear.

You should see a dermatologist, I've never heard of someone having so many skin afflictions. Let us know what conclusion they come too nad what they recommend.

I know that during contest prep, my skin retains more acne than off season. I started megadosing fish oil (25g) and now my skin is softer, no dry patches on elbows and knees, no acne and my thinking and sleeping is a lot clearer. As a side note, I'm noticing insane roadmap veins were I didnt know veins existed. I've only lost a couple of lbs, but my waist keeps going down. I attribute all of this to the megadosing of the fish oil. Mind you, its the liquid shit.

You also need to take in more water.
