When I was about 13 years old I had gross acne. I used acutane and it cleared up in a couple months and I have not had serious acne since. Consult a dermatoligist.

I have terrible skin, always have, and probably always will. I have tons of scares and what not on my face from the terrible acne i had as a teen. I don't really get breakouts anymore i used to, on my face, but my arms/back are still pretty bad. Tanning helps me immensely and a trick i picked up from, i believe it was KelJu, was to use Head and Shoulders shampoo on your face/body as well as your hair. It seems to be working.

Just use it like you would soap.

Oh i also use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, its an exfoliant. I only use that about 1-3 times a week though.

Sometimes i will use it on my face, but rarely. I've overdone it and my face got all red and sorta puffy, i think it was some kind of inflammatory response to over exfoliating and drying out the skin or something.

I use apricot scrub in place of my normal shower gel at times. It's good for giving the much needed "dead skin scrub" as I call it. Exfoliating will really help with your acne.

Wash your bedsheets once a week because you're rolling around in your own sweat and oils which is often a problem that causes bacne. Search through your diet to find anything that may act as a steroid (steroidal things cause acne to flare up).

Don't pop any of them unless you're in the shower and you haven't used your soap yet. Even then they shouldn't be popped, I'm just sayin' if you can't resist. Don't touch your back with your bare hands ever. I don't care how much it itches.

I use some stuff called Clean & Clear, I think it has 10% Benzol Peroxide. Works pretty good most of the time. If you use a treatment with 10% Benzol Peroxide be careful because it can make your face dry which would make your acne worse. But try tanning, that helps alot. Also change your bed and pillow sheets more. Once I started changing my sheets more some of my acne went away. The acutane stuff forum mentioned is amazing. One of my friends had the worst acne Ive seen, he started taking that stuff and he has a spotless face now. But acutane is expensive.

Its funny this thread comes up...

I was riding my 2000 CBR 929 RR home from the gym to day and I was thinking about how I dont get zits on the back of my shoulders anymore.

I remember when I first started to put on some size, like the kind that you finally know youve passed the average gym rat mark, thats when I had to pop zits on my back daily. Theyd always shoot and have a large red diameter, but it was an extreme joy to get to pop them.

Well now I get them maybe once every 2 weeks. So no more constant popping for me. However, I think thats a good thing, cuz all that popping left scars.

I think it was just hormones....

    Danny,

Dude get a girlfriend and ask her. She will know all the goods and find out about more just for you. It's not that hard just smile and talk to girls. If all else fails go to the doc and get Tetracycline.
