    Candida Infections

    Does anyone know any information about Candida Infections?

    If so, any good home remedies that you would want to share?

    Yeast infections are commonly caused by a disruption of the normal micro floura. A good way to treat it is by eating some yogurt and looking into some probiotics. Check out the "hacking your body's bacteria for better health" thread just a few below this one. It has a pretty good article. Also, talk to a physician or microbiologist.

    luguols iodine 1 drop and increase 1 every few days.
    1 TBSP cocconut oi 3 times a dayl,
    lower carb intake (sugar feeds yeast)
    check thyroid and adrenal functions.
    digestive enzyme - super digestive enzyme by now..
    kefir with organic cooconut milk
    Examine lifestyle make changes and mediiate and reduce stress
