My first question would be do you have a good trainer at your high school/middle school? If so, I'd see the trainer. If not I've found that when this happens to slide my knee slowly out of place after time. It happens all the time with my elbows & back due to the stress I put them under during football and working out. My trainer always has me relax then let my leg go limp while he pushed gently but swiftly upwards so that my knee bends and pops back. It's like dislocating a finger, but whereas you can pop it back into place right on the spot the knee will pop back in on the first step ( hopefully ) and it won't set back in right. If all else fails see a doctor.
fuck the questionaire...go to the doctor. Pain like that should only last 5-7 days max
