While doing preacher curls, I get this very short lasting (like a couple of seconds) and painful pain in the back hand side of my wrist on both arms. It would only occur after i finish the set and let the weight down so I really didnt put THAT much thought to it. Now the problem is, today it happened even more, and on my last set, it happened even when i was pulling the weight up and now, if i rotate my wrist, my left wrist hurts. Anybody ever have that happen to them.....so im guessing i should lay off preachers?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
yeah, I have that same problem. a couple guys at my gym wear wrist wraps to help support their wrists. One guy I talked to had the worst problem with preacher curls, but when he got the wraps, it didn't bother him at all.
so...it is normal? so wat should I do, lay off of preacher curls till i get wrist wraps, or lay off preacher curls completely and substitute it with something else?
