    cramp in upper quad

    gooddd it kills lol i walk with a limp. its like right at my upper quad/hip. i was outside laying football and it happend. anything to do for it??

    sounds more like a hip flexor cramp or strain or something along those lines.

    Drink some gatorade, it could be due to an electrolyte deficiency secondary to sweating (specifically K and Na).
