I've had a sharp pain in the top of my right testicle for going on four days now, I though it was do to my increased cardio Ive been doing but Ive stopped for four days and have been icing it for two days. You think this is something I should go to the doctor for to get it checked or did i just pinch my nut really bad?

I generally don't believe in seeing a doctor right away when we feel pain, but when your nut hurts for 4 days, you should go in.

Someone in my family had the same thing, went to the Dr. - it was Testicular cancer. Caught it in time.
It can spread into the blood quickly and be deadly.
Just as a precaution, I'd schedule and appointment.
(You might just have a swollen tube in there like I had.)

I get a pinch in my tant/chode every so often. Goes away in seconds. I got it yesterday when I dropped down from doing pullups.

Hope it turns out to be nothing, chances are it will.
I felt like that when i was taking test boosters like NH2, which was not that effective, but took stock of symptoms, especially after knowing someone who it turned out to be the big "C", but for me it was fine. Although, i might add it was more disconfort, rather than, pain.
At the same time, when coming down to there, disconfort can morph into end of the world senario , quite easily with abit of unwelcome imagination.
And that was after being nuerotic/concerned enough to go for 2 tests 2 years apart. Best be on the safe side, but I think thar googling symptoms is goig to come up with worst case senarios, i did it. Not good.
Hope it turns out to be the same as it was for me - overeaction.
It could very well be a variococele. The fact you noticed it riding a bike is an indicator. Absolutely nothing to worry about. It is an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum and can cause pain. Definitely make an appointment with a doc and get it checked out.

I have that from time to time. But it only lasts about 10 seconds or so. It is super painful though.
