    Screw you cold!!!!!

    Haven't touched a weight all week or done a bit of cardio. I am fending off a quality cold right now, not pleased at all.

    Just thought I'd bitch a bit here

    Ok now I'm better.

    Chow down some vit C, drink a double of your fav booze ... then go have wild crazy monkey sex. Even if you're still sick afterwards, you'll have taken some vitamins, caught a buzz and popped a nut. How is that a bad plan?

    Started getting diet and shit in order in early january and I was 257lb and 27%BF. Now I'm 235lb and 18%BF. All lifts have gone up, and I've found the most success in just simply listening to my body and making my split routine that consists of primarily compound excercises with one or two isolation movements sprinkled in for flare.

    This week sucks because I can't freaking breath through my nose with this damn cold. I haven't done a thing all week.

    Seems everything is growing around the gut and maybe thats why it looks smaller

    I did a minus 20 degree plus winter in China a yr and half ago and i stiill remember it!.. cold can be pretty shitty...aand it's too godammed easy to get caught up in eating more hearty meals that you're too sick or cold to burn off or digest... I haatethat .

    Besides the sex and liquor and vit c.. try on some garlic and chilli or currys or something and when you're in the shower hit your lungs from the front and back with blasts of hot water.. and your kidneys .. niiice.. and drink hot fluids a few times a day.
    Apart from that, you could always move to australia.. it's 16 Degrees celcius here atm.. kidding. .. when Ii feel cold though and feel like my immunity is down.. I also try to get in some cardio to pick up my bio-thermy.. if you can afford the bf or can time it in your day so as not to mess your with gains I highly recommend it.

    yeah i figured if nothing else get the cardio in this week, after 10 minutes I was weazing and breathing was becoming a chore. I decided against it at that point. I'm hoping legs on saturday and then a full upper body on sunday will at least get something going on for the week. I still feel weak, but rather a piss poor effort workout than nothing at all.
