What to do about this pimple....

Every once in awhile I get these really deep big pimples on my nose. I swear I look like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. I tried popping it today but the puss was too deep. I know there is puss down there because when I tighten the skin around the pimple it turns all white. How do I get rid of these deep deep pimples?

I don't know, if you put enough pressure on it, it will go off like krakatoa.

Alternatively, sweat it out in a sauna. Might help.

When you sweat it open's pours. I guess it may help loosen it up, you could try to pop it soon after.

I reckon you should just put prolonged and very high pressure on it, it should eventually pop.

Ok, if you really can't be fucked waiting for a bit.

Grab a knife, cut the very tip open, pop. Voila. This will probably fucking hurt.

Oh, and by the way, you're nose has little skin depth, so i very much doubt you'll push it deeper. Suck it up man.

Haha goob you were right. I put high pressure on it and the puss shot out all over my mirror, hahaha. It bled like hell too, with a mix of some clear liquid that came out also.

I got one of those years back, my girlfriend poked it and pressed the content out

, it left a big hole on my nose, but it healed nicely and never came back.

May be good to see a derm they can recommend something for you.

You should not do that. My face and back has deep scars from doing that shit repeatedly. But on the other hand, I know how you feel. I had a horrible outbreak of acne about a year ago. I would have these tumor looking things growing out of my back, chest, and shoulders. I would get pissed when I saw one and jam a thumbtack in the mother fucker. Works like a charm if you can handle stabbing yourself with a dull piece of metal.
